Development of a communication dissemination and exploitation plan (CDEP) by month 6 (updated every year as needed).
Design and protocol report

The document will explain the methodology and technology being used, providing a rationale for the design of each array as well as each partner’s role in the project. The document will serve as the academic and scientific basis for the work as well as an initial introduction to the project for external researchers to plan to utilise the infrastructure.
Risk and Action registers

The Board shall ask the Steering Group to establish a Risk and Action Register for their comment and approval. The PM will monitor the registers on an ongoing basis and report at the monthly Steering Group meetings. The registers will be included in the Group’s monthly report which will go to the Project Board for review at its quarterly meetings.
Range testing of equipment

To ensure efficacy of the network, range testing of equipment will be undertaken for each array by the respective leads prior to the release of tagged animals. A range testing protocol will be agreed in advance to ensure standardisation across the network as well as a range testing report.
