Livrables
A document listing project metadata and datasets currently in the data platform. This document should help other researchers seek help, develop collaborations and apply synergies.
Communcation, dissemination and exploitation plan (CDEP) (s’ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre)Development of a communication dissemination and exploitation plan (CDEP) by month 6 (updated every year as needed).
Design and protocol report (s’ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre)The document will explain the methodology and technology being used, providing a rationale for the design of each array as well as each partner’s role in the project. The document will serve as the academic and scientific basis for the work as well as an initial introduction to the project for external researchers to plan to utilise the infrastructure.
Risk and Action registers (s’ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre)The Board shall ask the Steering Group to establish a Risk and Action Register for their comment and approval. The PM will monitor the registers on an ongoing basis and report at the monthly Steering Group meetings. The registers will be included in the Group’s monthly report which will go to the Project Board for review at its quarterly meetings.
A data management plan will be developed early in the project, which will put together the plans needed to accomplish the STRAITS data platform. This plan will be revised as needed throughout the project.
