Deliverables
This deliverable comprises the design of an innovative and energy efficient HVAC system for the passenger cabin by elaborating and implementing a portfolio of measures for efficient cabin conditioning. Via a newly developed HMI the user can control the entire HVAC system.
Hydrogen storage (opens in new window)This deliverable focuses on the specification of the hydrogen storage for the FCEV demonstrator. Based on system simulations the target specifications and the detailed requirements for the hydrogen tank will be derived during project execution.
Scalable fuel cell system (opens in new window)This is the first revision of the DMP.
Data management plan (opens in new window)The DMP describes the data management life cycle for the data to be collected, processed and/or generated by EMPOWER. As part of making research data findable, accessible, interoperable and re-usable (FAIR), the DMP includes information on the handling of research data during & after the end of the project, what data will be collected, processed and/or generated, which methodology & standards will be applied, whether data will be shared/made open access, and how data will be curated & preserved (including after the end of the project).The DMP will be updated regularly throught the entire project.
Second revision of data management plan (opens in new window)This is the second revision of the DMP.
Quality standards and open data practices will be written down in a project handbook. This handbook will also including data- and risk management processes, as well as document templates of the EMPOWER project.
Second revision of dissemination, exploitation (including IPR) and communication activities (opens in new window)This is the second revision of the dissemination, exploitation (including IPR) and communication plan (D8.1). Ongoing activities are reported and the plan is adjusted if necessary.
Report on energy storage systems testing (opens in new window)This deliverable will deal with the reporting of the testing and validation of the developed battery systems for the FCEV and BEV demonstrators including the respective BMSs. Once the battery packs have been successfully assembled, battery tests on module- and pack level including BMS will be conducted to assure proper functionality of the battery systems.

Dissemination, exploitation (including IPR) and communication plan (opens in new window)A dissemination strategy and communication plan as well as a plan for the exploitation of the EMPOWER project results will be developed at the beginning of the project. The IPR management activities are an integral part of the EMPOWER exploitation activities and will also be in this deliverable. The Dissemination, exploitation (including IPR) and communication plan will be updated constantly throughout the project.
Report on energy conversion systems testing (opens in new window)This deliverable comprises a vehicle connectivity and vehicle 2 grid communication concept. Furthermore eco-charging and eco-driving strategies are part of this deliverable.
