Resultado final

Definition of digital twin requirements and architectures (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)

Requirements, specifications and architectural design for modular and scalable physical models for all UCs

Fast high-power charging and grid-friendly system solutions are addressed in a wide scope. A multitude of parallel development lines is carried out from the appropriate charging plug construction and cabling to advanced communication algorithms. Safe and low-noise systems are integral parts of development work.

A Dissemination and Communication Plan (DCP) will be produced by M3 to guide dissemination efforts throughout the project and will be updated on M21.

Catalogue of Assessment Criteria will foccused on Identification and assessment of the baseline per pilot. It will be used as a critical reference point for assessing innovations and their impact throughout the project life cycle

Requirements and Architectural Design of Cost-effective Standardised Modular and Scalable Powertrain Components (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)

Requirements, specifications and architecture design of the demo vehicles towards a cost-effective standardized modular and scalable e-powertrain components, E/E and control architecture considering both central e-machine and e-axle solutions. The work will also focus on electrical and thermal domains as well as on control, reliability and safety aspects. In addition, requirements of FC, H2 storage, ESS and DC/DC converter will be defined accordingly.

ESCALATE Pilots Elicitation and Requirements focus on the elicitation of functional and non-functional requirements following the User-Intimate Requirements Hierarchy Resolution Framework (UI-REF) methodology. The task formalises the requirements so that they can be mapped to specific activities and relevant system components for final requirements specification. identification of full green value chain of zHDVs for 3 different vehicle types (battery, fuel-cell and range extender).

Requirements, and specifications of single and multi-energy stations, both for battery HDV (b-HDV) and fuel cell HDV (f-HDV) are defined including viability, multi energy charge re fuel stations.

Outcome will focus on solutions seeking for the various aspects of H2 refuelling topics, including the utilisation of the new high speed refuelling protocols. Safety and performance evaluation and development together with the end-users and other relevant stakeholders.

Will be described in 2 parts : I) Analysis of published standards, standards under development and further standardisation activities: This task forms the basis for the identification of gaps in the existing standards repository in the field of ESCALATE. DIN will therefore conduct research on and basic assessment of published standards, standards under development and further standardisation activities at European and international level, e.g., CEN, CENELEC, ISO, and IEC in the field of the electrification of HDV, followed by an evaluation by the consortium members.
