Une nouvelle approche de l’innovation qui couvre cinq écosystèmes et quatre secteurs de la société
La collaboration quadruple hélice en matière de recherche et de développement réunit quatre grands secteurs de la société: l’industrie, les gouvernements, les institutions de recherche et le grand public. Le projet Consolid8, financé par l’UE, entend étudier comment s’appuyer sur une telle coopération pour promouvoir l’intégration des acteurs de l’innovation sociale dans les réseaux à vocation innovante de 15 écosystèmes européens. Il a identifié plusieurs défis à relever dans cinq écosystèmes pionniers présentant des performances différentes en matière d’innovation: l’Irlande (innovateur fort), l’Italie, la Grèce et la Slovénie (innovateurs modérés) et la Roumanie (innovateur émergent). Puis, Consolid8 a conçu des programmes de renforcement des capacités pour répondre aux besoins de chaque groupe cible en termes de contexte d’innovation sociale et d’écosystèmes d’innovation classiques.
Objectif
Consolid8 is paving the way for the integration of social innovation actors in innovation networks in 15 European ecosystems using the quadruple helix collaboration. From the challenges we identified in 5 pioneering ecosystems with different innovation performances (strong innovator – Ireland, moderate innovators – Italy, Greece, Slovenia, emerging innovator – Romania) we developed 5 capacity building programs that we will deliver to cater to the needs of 5 target groups from both the social innovation landscape, and the classic innovation ecosystems. We will harvest the lessons learned in delivering the different pioneering programs and we will exploit them in a follow-up European accelerator targeting additional 10 ecosystems which we will support through a validated methodology for accelerating ecosystems (developed and implemented by DEEP Ecosystems). We will link the 5 pioneering programs & showcase their results during a European social innovation festival in Brașov, Romania, that will aim to interlink social innovation actors with innovation ecosystems. We will ensure widespread visibility for this event at European level and we will launch an open call for the ecosystem builders to register for the accelerator for ecosystem builders.
The project proposes strong pathways towards achieving impact, including activities aimed at developing 3 crowdfunding campaigns for social innovators, 1 research on an alternative financing program for social innovation for local authorities or researching and testing and showcasing 12 social innovation models with potential of scaling up and replicability. For the achievement of the project’s results, 8 partners across the quadruple helix are collaborating.
