D1.1 Compendium of interview with entrepreneurial ecosystem stakeholders

This deliverable is an output of Task 11 and will include a consolidation of interview results conducted with successful entrepreneurs and ecosystem stakeholders and an analysis of the conclusions provided by each consortium partner

D2.1 Report on the SWOT analysis of entrepreneurial ecosystems

This deliverable is the output of T21 reporting the SWOT analysis of the 6 entrepreneurial ecosystems including their needs capacity assessment and matchmaking suggestions with relevant stakeholders across Europe

D6.3.1 Impact measurement and monitoring

This deliverable presents a comprehensive framework for measuring the impact of the ExcellEnt project as well as outlining the monitoring process that will be employed to ensure that the project stays on track in terms of meeting its goals and objectivesThe impact measurement framework is designed to assess the various ways in which the project contributes to the wider community and to evaluate its overall effectiveness By defining a set of measurable indicators and metrics we can objectively assess the success of the project and identify areas for improvementIn addition to the impact measurement framework this deliverable also presents the monitoring process that will be put in place to track the progress of the project This process will include regular data collection analysis and reporting to ensure that the project is achieving its objectives and producing the desired results

D1.3 Entrepreneurial best practices report

This deliverable will enable to better select and concretely present initiatives and best practices/ cases identified in T1.3.

D1.2 Mapping of the key entrepreneurial competences

This deliverable is an output of the analysis of Task 1.2 and will include mapping of most important entrepreneurial competences and attitudes sand the most efficient path to acquire them.

D3.1 Operationalisation of the European Entrepreneurship Academy

This deliverable includes the specification and operationalisation of the Academy platform performed in T3.1 to effectively host community members and deliver added value resources and services. The platform will have the following features: i) landing page of the project activities and services; ii) on-line community; iii) on-line training space, iv) webinars and MOOCs on various entrepreneurial topics; v) marketplace for matchmaking; vi) access knowledge points (training, coaching, mentorship); and vii) other sources of funding and visibility.
