Closely linked to the Dissemination, Communication & Exploitation plan, this report will describe the different communication and dissemination activities used up to month 18. This will help assess how the outcomes from OPHTYCS liaise with the stakeholder community. The report will emphasise on the contribution to the Clean Hydrogen Mission through interaction with Clean Hydrogen JU and the Advisory Board.

This report will propose a clear framework to assess compliance with current safety and environmental standards and regulation. It will include an analysis of current regulatory framework, addressing the definition of the most appropriate KPIs to carry out risk assessments according to each use case scenario.
Safety, environmental and economical requirements

A report defining the requirements under the so called key aspects for the technologies (KAT), including monitoring safety requirements and assessment of impact on humans, and environmental requirements for the reduction of H2 emissions. Economical requirements will also be assessed to ensure cost effectiveness of the monitoring system.
