Business models and cases (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)Business Cases and Business Models for implementation of the API model, the standard adhering to Plug & Play implementation and the exploitation of project results. The deliverable will include information and analysis results on the analysed Business Cases and a SWOT of the developed API standard used for further development. Market and collaboration considerations (e.g., further accreditation of the standard in CEN, collaboration with other European bodies for common marketing of the standard) will also be presented.
Digital ecosystem framework (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)This deliverable, outcome of T1.4, describes the process for generating the use-cases from the transport digital ecosystems in the use context and the related results (interface, functionality) gained through the focus group and through other sources. Furthermore, D1.4 will detail the use-cases identified including the description of the evaluation KPIs for KEYSTONE outputs in each context.

In case any changes are necessary concerning the visual identity handbook, an update may also be included.
Definition and specification of the operational scenarios (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)This report describes the demonstration scenarios defined by T4.2 for the two KEYSTONE pilots. It explains in detail the operational field, stakeholders’ involvement, specific needs, geographical focus, and peculiarities of both pilots, highlighting their synergies.

It also contains the visual identity handbook, which consists of the final project logo, branding guidelines and final templates for written report, presentations and excel sheets.
Process and procedures report based on the concrete use cases (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)Digital ecosystem’s impact on the way of working of the freight forwarding and intermodal management.
Plug & Play implementation and interconnectivity study (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)Implementation guide regarding interconnectivity between different data sources. The data sources considered are drivers, vehicles and infrastructure. The deliverable will present how the use-cases are used for the development of the guide and the connections executed with other platform with a special mention on the authentication mechanism of the APIs (using eID).
Co-created UI/UX design (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)This report summarizes the results of T3.2. It describes the methodology adopted for designing and evaluating the UI/UX of the KEYSTONE App.
Needs and requirements for the future digital logistics ecosystem (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)This deliverable, outcome of T1.3 will provide the state of the art of currently available digital platforms and the gap to be overcome by the KEYSTONE solution for a full implementation of compliance.
KEYSTONE evidence-based policy recommendations (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)This deliverable will report, based on the lessons learnt from the pilot deployments, KEYSTONE’s evidence-based recommendations to the adoption of tools and standards developed during the project lifespan. It will also include the methodological steps leading to the preparation and dissemination of the white paper summarising gaps and opportunities for the establishment of regulatory and policy framework for a digital standardised transport ecosystem.
Stakeholders’ engagement report (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)This report summarizes the activities performed by T6.2. It describes the strategy defined by KEYSTONE to foster the engagement of relevant stakeholders during all project phases.
Exploitation plans, replicability report & market uptake strategy (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)This deliverable will include the findings on replicability activities carried to promote the exploitation and transfer of KEYSTONE’s results in several Member States. The engagement of stakeholders from the quadruple helix ecosystem (public, private, academia and public) will be included as well.
Pilots Activities (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)This deliverable describes all the activities carried out under T4.3 (Road transport digital ecosystem) and T4.4 (Intermodal digital ecosystem) which are related to the piloting of the KEYSTONE solutions (API reference model, the API standard library, and the small transport operator’s app) tested through real use cases that will take place in two specific pilots. The deliverable will include the description of the pilot solutions and the process for put them into practice, including the definition of the performance indicators to measure qualitative and quantitative results.
The deliverable will expand on the created Python library by providing information on the improvements executed following the pilots. Extensions to the documentation will also be reported. In addition, open-source code considerations will be provided (i.e., forking strategy, next steps for certification, work replication strategy by 3rd parties.
App launch and reporting (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)This deliverable includes the description of the web application for data exchange. Definition of technical requirements and timeline will be included as well.
App design, architecture, and development plan (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)D3.1 will set technical and functional requirement of the KEYSTONE web app and highlight the application development plan.
API standard (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)Information on the created Python library and API documentation website. The Python library aims to be a “coding kit” for organisations that want to implement the API standard in their products. As such the deliverable will develop the full documentation of the library as well.
