Innovaciones digitales para un ecosistema de transporte seguro en la Unión Europea
Las autoridades de control necesitan acceder a los datos para garantizar la seguridad del transporte. El objetivo del proyecto KEYSTONE, financiado con fondos europeos, es personalizar las innovaciones digitales estandarizadas procedentes de diversos contextos para normalizar el sistema de transporte, fomentando así un entorno de transporte sostenible, eficiente y seguro. El equipo del proyecto aprovechará su experiencia acumulada para crear un ecosistema de transporte digital sin fisuras, interoperable e intermodal que pueda reproducirse en toda Europa. Esto permitirá a las autoridades competentes acceder a los datos para verificar el cumplimiento de las normas de transporte, tanto de mercancías como de pasajeros. En KEYSTONE se ofrecen interfaces de programación de aplicaciones que permiten a las autoridades de transporte y a los operadores logísticos compartir datos, lo que reduce costes, minimiza el impacto ambiental y mejora la seguridad y la interoperabilidad.
Objetivo
The overreaching goal of KEYSTONE is to support the development of a sustainable, efficient, and safe transport system, allowing enforcement authorities to access data for the purpose of checking compliance with rules applied in the transport of goods and passengers. The aim is to tailor standardised digital solutions that can be used from several realities to standardize the transport system. To demonstrate the validity of the solutions proposed, an app will be developed so that two highly diverse pilots can prove the efficiency of the KEYSTONE’s innovation. The KEYSTONE digital solutions consists of standardised APIs for data and information sharing between transport enforcement authorities and logistics operators based on a federated approach allowing to reduce the costs of logistics thanks to more efficient operations and interoperability, to reduce the impact on the environment thanks to data sharing, the possibility to consolidate flows and to improve safety thanks to seamless information exchange with enforcement authorities and the possibility to foster the acceptance of the CCAM solutions.
