Deliverables
During the period M6 to M9 an evaluation will be carried out of DA23 summarizing the participants experience comments and an analysis of the activities carried out The evaluation will be carried out by the project managers and will be submitted with the final report Key findings of the evaluation will also be shared with the Belgian presidency as host of the Digital Assembly Conference 2024

Communication before and during the Swedish EU presidency must be as coordinated and uniform as possible The Presidency strives to speak with one voice Therefore during the Presidency the Presidency website is the hub of external communication of the Swedish meetings and events planned during this period The information on participation accreditation agenda networking activities etc for the Digital Assembly 2023 will be available through this websiteThe project sees great value in making the information on the website available after the conference for the possibility to access the information for upcoming presidencies when hosting the Digital Assembly Conference The ability to access information on the previous Digital Assembly conference in Toulouse France 2022 has been valuable to the project The website will be available for as long as the Swedish presidency website is activeThe Presidency will not be able to provide a conference app The functions of interactive participation gathering of all relevant information such as maps of the venue agenda exhibition practicalities on accommodation and program will be provided for on the website The costs budgeted for the app will be reallocated for costs of VIPtransfer and interpretation Table 31h Purchase costs category Other goods works and services
Conference video recording (opens in new window)It will be possible to attend the Digital Assembly 2023 digitally and therefore all of the sessions described in WP1 will be videostreamed and distributed on the Swedish Presidency website Activity 22 The conference will also be livestreamed
