Brokerage events reports on the 5 Missions (1st brokerage)

Brokerage event report on the 5 Missions (1st brokerage event) including the feedback on matchmaking received from participants and statistics.

Second Annual WP3 Event Report

WP3 aims for a well-informed and well trained NCP community by enhancing the competence of NCPs primarily by addressing areas not common for NCPs such as citizen engagement, mobilisation of actors beyond R&I etc. The WP activities will include mostly online measures, but also duly justified onsite events to stimulate personal contacts between NCPs of different countries and to foster closer collaborations as well as a more direct and “easier” exchange.This deliverable, will give a concise summary of all the WP3 events that have taken place from M12 of the project until M23. The report will include a brief description of planning and promotion activities, as well as supporting documents (e.g. Agenda, number of participants and countries involved, when possible the presentations, etc.) and the evaluation of the participant feedback to the event.

Report on e-learning implementation (+access rates and feedback)

In order to allow less experienced NCPs or newcomer NCPs to rapidly acquire know-how a set of a minimum of three E-learning nuggets dedicated to the HE Missions (basics, cross-cutting topics e.g. citizen engagement, the establishment of national support structures/Hubs, social innovation) will be developed. The report on the E-learning implementation will include assessments on access rates and feedback.

Initial plan for competence building

Capacity building needs of NCPs will be identified and translated into a plan and programme for competence building which will be annually updated

Collection of Factsheets

Collection of Factsheets. They will be structured on two parts: (1) A synthetic infographic able to report on the activities status and progresses of the five Missions and (2) a report on the main achievements regarding social engagement. The second part will be based on the results of two dedicated surveys (month 12 and month 40) addressed to the running Mission projects (CSA, RIA, IA). The idea is to provide evidence of best practices on engagement issues to applicants.
