Capability Building Materials 2

This deliverable will consist of training materials for stakeholders to understand the GOVSATCOM concept and getting familiar with the concept to use the proposed GOVSATCOM Crisis Management Service Pack to be demonstrated in synergies with Copernicus based products and Galileo services. A public set of capacity building materials will be developed to be used in second SW in T6.3. The public set will be widely disseminated and exploited during and after the project.

Synergies: GOVSATCOM Crisis Management Service and Space Programme Components

This report will summarise the outcomes of the synergies study between a GOVSATCOM Crisis Management Service and the other EU Space Programme components, namely SSA, Galileo/EGNOS and Copernicus.

Communication, Dissemination and Exploitation Plan

The CDE Plan will be fully developed in M6 and updated during the project lifespan with the focus on exploitation activities (at M24). It will not describe any of the technological components nor its programmatic development.Its first draft version will be made available to the consortium at M6.

Compilation of Publications Abstracts

It will compile all the abstracts of the scientific papers disseminated by partners along the project duration.

Communication and Dissemination Materials

GEXTRECS project communication and dissemination materials, such as the project website and contents, leaflet, articles, scientific papers, videos with testimonials, stakeholders clustering workshops summary reports, policy brief, factsheets, etc., will be produced as planned, and reported on at the end of the first and second year of the project duration.Its first draft version will be made available to the consortium at M12.
