HEOinUA Sustainability Plan is aimed at design of a strategy for development of HEOinUA after the project is over. The strategy will take the form of HEOinUA Sustainability Plan drawn by the HEOinUA staff and the NRFU based on both strategic and operational procedures within the lifetime of the project. The plan will include suggestions on how to continue and organize work of the office (including its staffing, financing,structure, risks, etc.) with the aim of providing coordination, training and advice in the frame of the Ukrainian NCP services for HE and the following EU framework programs for R&I. The task will also include design and implementation of an advocacy campaign (both for the GP and targeted audience groups) for continuation of the functions performed by HEOinUA after the project is completed.
