Livrables
This deliverable relates to task 1.3 and is a plan and status report for communication and dissemination. It contains the plan for the next reporting period, and the status of dissemination and communication activities up until M18.
Quality and Risk Management Plan (s’ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre)This deliverable relates to task 1.2 and will provide the detailed procedures that will be used by the Consortium for assuring high quality work and effective risk management. It will provide the foundations for assuring the conformity and the quality of all project deliverables with the respective requirements.
Design Basis (s’ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre)This deliverable relates to task 2.1 and 2.4. and will contain the design parameters and boundary conditions needed for the vessel concept development, and definitions of the additional or updated models for logistics analysis needed to update the existing SO tool.

It contains the plan for the next reporting period, and the status of dissemination and communication activities up until M6.
Project Management Plan (s’ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre)This deliverable relates to task 1.1 and will provide a Project Management Plan and the procedures that will be used by the Consortium for: 1) coordinating the Consortium members, 2) communicating project results and issues to the EC, and 3) managing financial issues.
This deliverable relates to task 1.5 and is a revised Data Management Plan with status and plan for the next period.The main purpose of the Plan will be defining a) type of Data collected; b) methods and means; c) sharing or classification policies; d) preservation and storage of data even after project timeframe; e) compliance to GDPR.

It will be established at the beginning of the project and updated at M18 and M36 as separate deliverables.
