Requirements data collecting and Oil&Gas demo case process design (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)

Description of the use case, target scenario and collection of all kind of data consisting the source for the rest of the WPs.

Skills gap inventory and plan to develop the training curricula (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)

The document will report about: (i) the skills and knowledge areas that are needed, highlighting for each of them the existing gap in comparison with the current state of the workforce's skills and knowledge; (ii) the training curricula to be developed to address the most relevant skills and areas; (iii) the detail plan to developed the training materials / courses.

Robustness of remanufactured flange connections and stray current circuits simulation (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)

Deliverable is validated via torque transmitting capacity. In an application/ gearbox level there is criteria for Nm as target and on a component/material pair level an acceptance in based on the validated friction coefficient. Simulation environment, methods and technical solutions are accepted if those fulfills international standard requirements. Also, commercial feasibility as serial manufacturing costs and engineering effort for defined application is a key process indicator. Acceptance and material saving potential can be confirmed when technical capabilities are documented. Measured behavior of a reference drivetrain for stray current should correlate to simulation for acceptance criteria.

R3-MYDAS life cycles assessment, including environmental, social and financial dimensions report (interim-PU version) (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)

Report of preliminary LCA & LCC results. Sensitive information will be removed in order to facilitate the results dissemination.

Cognitive robotics & Quality control concept (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)

Text document outlining on a first part the data pipelines that have been put in place and the variability in variables measured for state-estimation. It should include a sketch of the Kalmann-filtering approach to be taken for processing these data pipelines. In a second part, it will describe the architecture of the model to be created. This includes the dataset which will be used for the first training iteration, the ML framework being used and a list of parameters & performance metrics which will be the inputs & outputs of the model. This model should be an application-specific adaptation of a framework that has been shown to perform well in the literature

Plan for Dissemination and Communication (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)

A plan to disseminate and communicate the project and all the associated elements, namely: (1) Project identity (logo, templates for reports, generic presentations) will be developed and distributed to create “brand identity” (2) Project social media accounts (e.g. Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) will be created and managed; (3) Partners will use their institutional social media accounts to disseminate project results/outcomes. (4) Press releases to showcase the project concept, methods and results will be produced at the beginning, during and at the end of the project; (5) Multimedia content, including project videos and images to be made available to the consortium through internal communication and management platform; (6) Identification of Trade shows and conferences by all partners to publicise the project; (7) Presentations at conferences to accelerate the knowledge exchange and dissemination of results with local SMEs and promote networking with commercial and scientific community, as well as cooperating on and promoting activities related to other R&D activities.; By M18 and M36 the updates on the activities performed against the ones planned will be done.

R3-MYDAS Business Models (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)

The document will report the detailed formalization of the business models of the most promising business scenarios (starting from the 3 reference business cases of the project), currently unexploited at industrial level and made possible by the R3-MYDAS platform and its services. Each business model description will include a detailed analysis of the reference markets; the involved stakeholders and their interaction mechanisms; the definition of the value-propositions and revenue models and the underlying IPR management aspects.

Data Management Plan – initial version (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)

A report that will (a) provide an overview of the datasets generated and used in the context of the project and the democases, (b) outline how data will be generated and/or collected and processed, subject to all relevant regulations, namely the GDPR, the Data Governance Act and the Proposal for the AI Regulation, (c) assess, on top of the methodology and standards to be introduced, whether and how this data will be shared as FAIR and how it will be curated and preserved, in direct alignment with the ethics requirements.
