Data Management Plan (si apre in una nuova finestra)

Within the first 4 months of the project, we will draft a detailed Open Data Management Plan (D 1.4). The DMP is a ‘living document’ and will be updated throughout the project’s runtime. We will share data according to the FAIR (https://www.openaire.eu/how-to-makeyour-data-fair) and OPEN principles to ensure findable, accessible, interoperable, and reusable data. We will provide the following information for each data set:1.Types: Experimental datasets, estimated size 3TB/UAVR2. Findability: The data will be stored internally at each partner site using network drives to which only project members have access. Open Access data can be found using www.etsin.fairdata.fi and www.qvain.fairdata.fi or published in data publications (e.g., Data in Brief), which also provide a Digital Object Identifiers.3. Accessibility: Due to intellectual property rights (IPR) issues all data will first be classified as confidential and handled accordingly. After IPR issues have been clarified, we aim to provide open data through the above-mentioned portals. 4. Interoperability: Interoperability in data sharing and long-term preservation will be assured by following the National Digital Library instructions and using open access repositories of valid file formats for long-term digital preservation and data sharing.5. Reusability: Primarily, data will not be licensed, and it is planned to be used internally by the consortium only. Open-access data will bereleased with related publications. However, this may be limited by IPR and confidentiality issues. For valuable data that can be shared,we will apply for Fairdata-PAS. Such data will be evaluated externally for significance, uniqueness, or possible ethical aspects, and, if ranked highly enough, long-term storage will be provided for free for +10 years. For publications, we promote using the Creative Commons license CCBY 4.0.6. Curation: Assembly representative of each partner. Actively used data will be stored on a local network drive maintained by the IT department at each partner site. This data is mirrored as well as backed up daily. For example, the Repository of Research Data (DUnAs - https://dunas.ua.pt/) of the UAVR allows the archiving, publication, and access to research data generated and collected under the scope ofscientific research activities at the university.
