Project management plan (Update M3)

The initial version of the PMP will include all the individual components of the management levels of the project (PC, SC, ST, ExCo) and the essential reporting documentation. It will include the actions taken towards the alignment with the EC goals and responsibilities defined in the project's CA (update M3) (refers to Task 8.1).

Initial design of thermal energy storage

Report on the boundary conditions and preliminary modelling results for modular thermal energy storage (TES) system. Indicative key aspects to be considered include inlet and outlet temperatures, integration parameters with the HTL reactor and upgrading processes. A series of 0D and 1D modelling studies will be conducted to ensure alignment between the processes, selected working fluid and packing material (refers to Task 4.1).

Synergy Action Plan

The current deliverable will include a devised roadmap and initial scanning of potential synergies and networking activities. It will consist of a list of ecosystem stakeholders, including industry, public authorities, academia, and citizens, to achieve long-term support for the project’s results as outlined in the DEC activities. Projects focused on CCUS values, smart and cyber-secure energy grids, and renewable energy technology development will be included in the synergy action plan (refers to Task 7.2).

Dissemination, Exploitation and Communication Plan (Update M3)

First plan, outlining the project's strategy for dissemination, exploitation, and communication. The plan will provide a framework for outreach and visibility, including branding materials, a website (also D7.2), templates, and engagement strategies to facilitate knowledge exchange, community engagement, and end user acceptance, highlighting sustainability and competitiveness in the European market (update M3) (refers to Task 7.1).

Dissemination, Exploitation and Communication Plan (Update M12)

First revision of D7.1, outlining the initial results of the DEC activities deployment as described previously. The current deliverable will highlight whether the activities have been fruitful or corrective actions should be taken (update M12) (refers to Task 7.1).

The current activity refers to the launch of the project’s website, and social media accounts. Frequent updates and engagement will be ensured within the framework of this activity (refers to Task 7.1).
