Risultati finali
All partners within INNOVADE Consortium will announce INNOVADE Project, its aims, and expected results in their respective websites through a press release. This will be done in M1 after conduct of Kick-Off Meeting.
This deliverable consists of a framework and a pedagogical design to increase civic participation by citizens from all walks of life, including old citizens and those with low socio-economic backgrounds.
Digital Democracy Preference Toolkit (KER 6) (si apre in una nuova finestra)A report / white paper prepared as result of emprical research to inform target audiences on citizen and government perspectives on digital democracy and their expectations from it, especially taking into consideration the user citizen nexus. The deliverable will be built upon empirical research conducted at tasks 4.1, 4.2 and 4.3(Living Lab) outcomes.
Report / Journal Article (si apre in una nuova finestra)The report / article will begin with a summary of existing Digital Democracy Apps (T4.4), Open-Source platforms (T4.5), and Data Ethics and Data Security Best Practices (T4.6). An additional and in-depth summary will look at the discussion output from citizens and governmental agencies in the Living Lab (T4.7) and their feedback and suggestions on the INNOVADE Digital Democracy App and their evaluation of varying UI/UX design approaches. There will also be a discussion on the scope and boundary of tools used in the App, such as Generative AI.
Report on efforts to relieve inequalities of access to technology among citizens (si apre in una nuova finestra)This deliverable will compile state of the art on the infrastructural barriers in access to technology occurring at all governance levels, with a focus on less developed areas. This knowledge will take the form of a report that will feed interdisciplinary knowledge base (KER 1).
Living Lab Methodology (si apre in una nuova finestra)This document will outline the methodology to be followed in the organisation and conduct of living labs alongside reporting results.
Software design and specification plan for a Digital Democracy App (si apre in una nuova finestra)The software design and specification plan will follow primary ISO/IEC/IEEE standards for software design and development (ex. ISO/IEC 24774, ISO/IEC 29148) and the document will revolve around data-driven design, software architecture design, interface design, and procedural design that are based on user-needs and a corresponding risk identification and mitigation assessment. The software will be developed to the plan and undergo V&V based on the software requirements.
This output will be a toolkit to test governments’ (local, regional or national) approaches to digital democracy. Based on a survey that will question the level of government activity in digital democracy and citizen’s participation in digital democracy, the toolkit will output a score that assesses the quality of digital democracy.
Learning Management System (si apre in una nuova finestra)An interactive, user-friendly digital platform designed to host and disseminate a wide array of educational and promotional materials related to INNOVADE Project results.
