Formation dans des universités interconnectées du nord-est de l’Espagne
Campus Iberus est un consortium de quatre universités publiques du nord-est de l’Espagne: l’Universidad de Zaragoza, l’Universidad Pública de Navarra, l’Universitat de Lleida, et l’Universidad de La Rioja. Il concentre ses efforts sur la préparation aux problèmes régionaux dans la vallée de l’Ebre. Avec le soutien du programme Actions Marie Skłodowska-Curie (MSCA), le projet IberusINTERDOC se propose de recruter 23 doctorants afin de développer des projets de doctorat interdisciplinaires pendant une durée de 48 mois au sein de la zone du Campus Iberus. L’initiative cible cinq domaines stratégiques: l’agroalimentaire et la nutrition, les technologies de la santé, l’énergie et la durabilité, le développement social et territorial, et la bioéconomie circulaire, en accord avec les stratégies de spécialisation innovante des quatre régions. Ce programme entend renforcer l’internationalisation et l’excellence à différents niveaux.
Objectif
IberusINTERDOC is an International Doctoral Programme of 4 Interconnected Universities of Campus Iberus aimed at recruiting 23 Doctoral Candidates (DCs) of excellence to develop Interdisciplinary PhD projects for 48 months in Campus Iberus territories. Campus Iberus is the Consortium of International Excellence of the Ebro Valley bringing together four public universities from neighbouring regions in northeast Spain: Universidad de Zaragoza, Universidad Pública de Navarra, Universitat de Lleida and Universidad de La Rioja. Campus Iberus strategy is set on the principles of aggregation, internationalisation and specialisation on five strategic areas, in line with the priorities of the smart specialization strategies (RIS3) of the four regions involved (Aragon, Navarre, La Rioja and Lleida in Catalonia): 1) Agri-Food & Nutrition; 2) Health Technologies; 3) Energy & Sustainability; 4) Social & Territorial Development; 5) Circular Bio-Economy. DCs will be recruited in 2 calls open for 2 months to apply for a variety of research topics across those 5 areas. Appointments will be no later than M12 (1st call) and M19 (2nd call) to offer 48 months contracts. The last 6 months of the contracts will be fully financed by own funds of Campus Iberus universities to cover 4 years even if exceeding the programme (M60+6). The programme will offer DCs excellent supervision and professional development, counting with preidentified potential supervisors proving experience and work in multidisciplinary projects and large networks of collaborators. A total of 116 academic (48%) and non-academic partners (52%) have associated to this programme to provide secondments, trainings and career enhancing opportunities, besides the networking events and special training programme organised by Campus Iberus. This programme will make an imprint on the internationalisation and excellence that is long lasting at the institutional, regional, national and international levels.
