DATA MANAGEMENT PLAN (DMP) (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

1. Data summaryThe INSIDER-CoV project will generate and manage various datasets related to the characterization of SARS-CoV-2 reinfection dynamics in the Syrian hamster model. The data collected will primarily include:Virological data: Viral shedding, level of infectionImmunological data: Nasal and systemic immune responses, including cytokine profiles, immune cell characterizationMolecular data: Gene expression analysisHistopathological data: Microscopy images and immunohistochemistry (IHC) Experimental metadata: Protocols, reagents, and methods used in laboratory experiments.2. FAIR Data Management2.1 Making data findableAll datasets will be assigned unique identifiers (DOIs) through repositories such as INRAE’s data sharing platform (data.inrae.fr). Metadata will follow FAIR principles (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, and Reusable) and be stored in a cloud service from INRAE during ten years.2.2 Making Data AccessibleThe datasets suitable for public sharing will be openly accessible via public repositories (e.g., GISAID, GenBank, Zenodo, INRAE Data Repository).Access restrictions: Data containing personal, sensitive, or classified information will be stored securely and shared only upon request.Data availability timeline: Data will be available immediately upon publication.2.3 Making data interoperableAll data will be formatted in widely accepted standards for making data interopable.2.4 Making data reusableData will be accompanied by detailed experimental protocols Version control will be applied to track changes in datasets.Reuse conditions: Third parties will be able to reuse data under open-access policies, except for sensitive datasets (e.g., early unpublished results).3. Data Storage and SecurityPrimary storage: INRAE secure servers, backed up daily.Data protection: Encryption will be applied to sensitive datasets. Access will be limited to authorized personnel.4. Responsibilities and resourcesData management lead: Dr. Nicolas MeunierStorage & Security manager: INRAE IT departmentEthical compliance: Adherence to local guidelines on animal experimentation and biosafety
