Batch Operations Logistics and Design (BOLD)

BOLD is a quick and performant modelisation and data collecting method which key technical achievement has been the possibility to quickly implant an efficiently tailored solution for each customer which fits well their real needs. We validated a quick and performant modelisation and data collecting method, we succeeded in the implantation of our Planning and Scheduling Integrated Platform within 5 industrials proceeding from Food, Textil, Chemicals, Electronics sectors in just 8 months. Then we measured signifiant productivity gains and quality service improvements arround 20%. The market is all the Discrete and Process Manufacturing. BOLD is being used in Coca-Cola, in Courtaulds, in Gassol, in Induredila, in Gers, in Francolor Pigments... in its last release 3.0. The key technical achievements have been on the one hand the possibility to quickly implant an efficiently tailored solution for each customer which fits well their real needs. On the other hand, the short processing time to calculate the Master, or Medium and Short time Plans in environments with 150 to 30.000 references, 50 to 500 machines, and lot of different production constraints. This has been possible thanks to the use of the powerful algorithms based on 15 years of R&D and of continuous industrial applications. With respect to the technology available on the market BOLD can solve problems of high complexity, which was not possible until now, with a high degree of services and the current problems in twice less time and money. So BOLD has been prepared for large dissemination with medium and big manufacturers.
