This deliverable will provide a clear understanding of all important variables for risk assessment at the six research sites, taking into consideration the end user’s views for the choice of criteria and methodologies

Land use future scenarios prepared for the six research sites

This deliverable is a report establishing future (2015-2024) land use scenarios at the six research sites, based on socio-economic and climate factors

Complete report on the assessment of the current situation and recommendations for improvement at the research sites using the three layer framework

This deliverable provides the complete recommendations and suggestions enabling each research site to implement the best transition path for, dealing with concrete results, with the focus on decision support

Interim portfolio of actionable research problems/challenges exploitation and development

This deliverable consists of a first compilation of actionable research problems/challenges exploitation and development aiming at problem-solving cooperation between researchers and end users

Final portfolio of actionable research problems/challenges exploitation and development

This deliverable presents the final portfolio of actionable research problems/challenges exploitation and development aiming at problem-solving cooperation between researchers and end users

Prioritisation between long list of adaptation measures (process/method)

This deliverable will guide stakeholders into the choice for smart adaptation strategies, methods to define best fitting measures for risk reduction and their case study application. Both a socio-economic cost benefit analysis and a governance analysis were used to identify fitting measures to the risks posed by climate changes and the governance context in which they have to be implemented

Advice in Collaborative Management in Climate Change Adaptation.

This deliverable will share the experience of coordinating a huge variety of people, knowledges, experiences, languages, interests, perspectives, etc. providing advice and guidelines into the scope of Collaborative Management in Climate Change Adaptation

BINGO e-Book

This deliverable will communicate the most relevant lessons learned and outcomes of BINGO in an easy and attractive format to read

Report on exploitation of adaptation strategies to extreme weather events (beyond the research sites)

This deliverable elaborates on adaptation strategies to extreme weather events, promoting the transference of results to different regions/countries beyond the project research sites

Proceedings of the Final Conference

This deliverable will include a report on the final conference of the project

BINGO dissemination materials and tools (BINGO game, 3 scripts)

This deliverable will include: i) the BINGO game – meant to disseminate in a playful way what the project was about and its most successful methodologies and approaches; ii) the script “Climate Change claims for Conscious Cooperation“ contains 5 Acts for a musical representation aiming at emphasising the need for Knowledge / Communication / Cooperation for successful Climate change adaptation. Two other “Role Playing” scripts refer to: a) A young farmer gets help and inspiration from BINGO approach in Climate change adaptation (CoPs), and b) Two politicians discussing Climate Change – the sceptical one is finally convinced by the BINGO outcomes.

Compilation report on initial workshops at the six research sites

This deliverable gathers together the results from the initial workshop with end-users from different key sectors, to take place at the 6 research sites

First report on the assessment of the current situation and recommendations for improvement at the research sites using the three layer framework

This deliverable describes the current situation at each research site and provides a first approach to the recommendations for implementing concrete results

Guidance on how to use hydro models and understanding impacts

This deliverable will guide into the use of hydro models, which need to be tailored, set-up, calibrated and validated to local characteristics, such as catchments, aquifers and combined sewer networks. In BINGO, this effort has successfully been applied for 15 sites in six European countries

Dynamical downscaling to 1 km scale – method, rainstorms

This deliverable will explain the procedure developed in BINGO for estimating ensembles of extreme hydrological events. With this method, stakeholders can produce high-resolution data tailored to the specific needs of their research sites, thus enabling more realistic modelling of extremes and hence more precise predictions of the potential impacts of future extremes on their catchment .

Full and comprehensive methodology for risk management

This deliverable will explain the BINGO experience and approach that can be very relevant to other stakeholders. Although some of the methodologies are already existent, it is not common the application of risk management methods to cope with the impacts of climate change

BINGO Policy brief

This deliverable will to communicate BINGO relevant facts related to the Tagus research site to Portuguese Policy makers and to engage relevant decision makers to take the project ´s key-findings into the political agenda on Water management and climate change. Other Research Sites may follow, inspired by this Policy Brief

Final Exploitation Plan

This deliverable will include the final version of the Exploitation plan

Indicators of scenarios of risk caused by extreme weather events at the six research sites

This deliverable will integrate all the work done in WP3 and WP4 providing decision makers with indicators of scenarios of risk that may result of extreme weather events at six research sites

Report on economic and societal impacts of the proposed measures

This deliverable presents the analysis of benefits, cost simulations and social added values of the adaptation strategies and measures, summarising it in an impact evaluation of each specific measure for each research site.

This deliverable consists of bias corrected surface level data from model run driven by 3-10 selected decadal predictions for 2015 to 2024, based on the MiKlip decadal prediction system regionalized to a 12km/1d resolution for the EURO-CORDEX region

Data downscaled 12km/daily, Europe, for the period 1979-2014

This deliverable consists of bias corrected surface level data from a model run driven by ERA-Interim:period1979 to 2014, at a 12km/1d resolution for the EURO-CORDEX region

Ensembles for decadal predictions extremal episodes downscaled to 1km/1h for Cyprus research site

This deliverable consists of data for selected extremal pattern episodes, downscaled from ensembles of decadal predictions with the WRF model to 1km spatial and 1h temporal resolution for the Cyprus research site

Ensembles for present climate extremal episodes downscaled to 7km/ 6h (3- 1km/ 1h); maps of return levels for Cyprus research site

This deliverable consists of models for the six research sites prepared to run with downscaled present climate data for current and past conditions (1985-2014) provided by WP2

This deliverable consists of a definition of circulation patterns which are particularly prone to produce droughts/floods at the research sites and data for a single episode for these patterns downscaled and bias corrected

Portfolio of risk management and adaptation strategies for the six research sites in BINGO

This deliverable compiles existing and new adaptation measures as a result of analysis of existing knowledge and workshops with end users from the six research sites of BINGO.

Spatial stochastic precipitation generator for catchments available; Ensembles for decadal predictions extremal episodes downscaled to 7km/ 6h (3-1km/ 1h) for all research sites except Cyprus

This deliverable consists of data for selected extremal pattern episodes, downscaled from ensembles of decadal predictions It also contains a stochastic precipitation generator for the research sites with radar observations.

This deliverable consists of models with a consistent characterization of the sixresearch site catchments, including land use, pollution sources, anthropogenic water abstractions and uses.

This deliverable consists of a web-based discussion platform (e.platform) to be used by end users/water managers and decision makers (open to any organisation willing to participate) with the objective of strengthen and deepen the Co-Production network at each research site
