In the Data Management Plan, prepared by the Project Management Team, the participants will determine and explain which of the generated (research) data will be made open. The Advisory Board will be consulted during the preparation of the Data Management Plan.

Stakeholder engagement plan

To ensure the practical relevance of the work carried out in the various WPs of CARISMA, the input of key stakeholders will be gathered primarily through workshops focusing on technical issues. A stakeholder engagement plan developed here will be further elaborated and regularly updated in consultation with the Advisory Board. The interest of key stakeholders will be maintained through incentives, such as peer-to-peer data sharing, ability to find partners for new research and development projects, ability to create synergies with other projects by sharing results.

Communication and consultation plan

The preliminary communication and consultation plan (this deliverable) will be elaborated further for every 6-month period, and will specify the communication and consultation activities. The main priority of the plan is twofold: first, to plan the consultation process to acquire knowledge on an ongoing basis and second to communicate it to the target audiences, including, as appropriate, European, national and local policymakers, business stakeholders, and the scientific community.
