Analytic Framework and Initial Scenarios

It structures and conceptualizes the open data domain from different user groups perspectives and illustrates the problem scenarios that represent important characteristics of the users, their tasks and their organizational context.

Societal Activity model of Open Data use

It shows a model of the overall processes by which data is provided and used by the citizens, detailing what is at stake for open data provider organisations, the processes and the motivations of this activity from PAs perspective, and the needs and motivations of citizen-users.

Community Building Report

Report on the activities, workshop, meetings and interests that are organized around ROUTE-TO-PA results and validation pilots.

Setup of the Integration Communication Platform

Setup of the Integration Communication Platform (M3): the platform will be used for the internal communication for quick dissemination of information, and decisions to be taken by the partners.
