Initial version of the projects' database and the Monitoring System

Provide a monitoring system for sustainable and reliable information about RI projects on the ESFRI roadmap. Continuous work over the whole project period but the concept will be ready after M5.

Handbook for handover to the next ESFRI Chair

This deliverable is the plan for the provision of support to the Chair throughout the duration of the project. This will be done in close cooperation with the ESFRI Chair. If needed it will be updated after the election of the new Chair.

Dissemination plan

This deliverable will plan the way the dissemination activities (including website and social media) will be organised, executed and managed for the whole project duration. Control and steering mechanisms will be also provided.

Report on the final version of the projects' database and the Monitoring System

Stakeholders liaison plan

This deliverable will plan the way the liaison activities will be organised, executed and managed for the whole project duration. This deliverable will depend on the input from D4.1 (target audiences) and also on the establishment of contacts with other stakeholders such as e-IRG, that is why it is planned later in the first year.

First dissemination and exploitation report and impact analysis

This deliverable will report on the dissemination activities, its results and impact at the middle of the project. It will also act as a first exploitation plan.
