D9.1: Internal and external IT communication infrastructure and project website DEC, PU, M03, TEC The external IT communication infrastructure constitutes a guideline for communication of the ADMONT project to external target groups including conferences, marketing measures and communication channels. Furthermore this deliverable constitutes the launch of the internal ADMONT communication infrastructure including the establishment of mailing lists or a subversion server, and the ADMONT website. This deliverable is marked with nature “DEC” and will be accompanied by a small written report outlining its structure and purpose in order to justify the achievement of this deliverable.
Prototype for real-time factory analysis and control systemsD6.5: Prototype for real-time factory analysis and control systems, DEM, PU, M40, SYS The prototype for real-time factory data analysis and control systems realizes the enhancements addressed for the pilot line. This includes a documentation of different migration scenarios and performance measures and system capabilities.
Prototype for interfaces within the virtual pilot lineD6.7: Prototype for interfaces within the virtual pilot line, DEM, PU, M48, X-FAB The whole data flow and through the virtual pilot line is demonstrated and realized within different prototypical implementations like MES and automation solutions.
D8.4: Final business plan and exploitation report, R,PU, M36, OKM This final report will sum up the achieved exploitation in the project runtime, further business opportunities as well and provide an outlook of the post project phase.
D8.2: Initial report and updates on dissemination, exploitation and standardisation activities, R, PU, M10, X-FAB This will include a record of activities related to dissemination and exploitation that have been undertaken and those still planned as well as a report of completed and planned communication activities.
Intermediate business plan and exploitation reportD8.3: Intermediate business plan and exploitation report, R,PU, M22, OKM The initial business plan provided in the proposal of ADMONT will be updated with new findings on the developed technology and its exploitation throughout the project.
Data Management Plan (DMP)D8.1: Data Management Plan (DMP), R, PU, M06, X-FAB As ADMONT is taking part in the Pilot on Open Research Data a first version of the DMP as an early deliverable will be provided within the first six months of the project. The purpose of the DMP is to provide an analysis of the main elements of the data management policy that will be used by the applications with regard to all the datasets that will be generated by the project. The DMP is not a fixed document, but evolves during the lifespan of the project. More developed versions of the plan can therefore be included as additional deliverables at later stages. According to the Guidelines on Data Management in Horizon 2020, the DMP should address data set reference and name, data set description, standards and metadata, data sharing and archiving and preservation (including storage and backup) on a dataset by dataset basis and should reflect the current status of reflection within the consortium about the data that will be produced:
System Specification and system related pilot line requirementsD7.1 System Specification and system related pilot line requirements (R, PU, M12, SMT DD) This deliverable will present the market study regarding RFID sensor systems and the requirement specification for the RFID Sensor Chip.
Public IT component and architecture specificationD6.2: Public IT component and architecture specification, R, PU, M20, SYS The specification takes the results of deliverable 6.1. and defines a detailed specification for improvements and system capabilities necessary for the virtual pilot line
Business Process Model (BPM) and Specification SheetD11 Business Process Model BPM and Specification Sheet R PU M06 XFABThe business process model BPM of the ADMONT pilot line will be delivered complemented by specification sheets for processes and interfaces ADMONT line hand book
Draft of Line capability report including key performance indicatorsD1.2 : Draft of Line capability report including key performance indicators, R, PU, M24, X-FAB As an outcome from Tasks 1.2 a line capability report will be provided by all individual line members including key performance indicators (outcome from Task 1.1) for major capabilities.
Demonstrator Manufacturing ReportD1.4: Demonstrator Manufacturing Report, R, PU, M48, X-FAB The manufacturing of demonstrators will be reported. It will include a performance assessment of each individual member (based on D1.2) of the line as well as the whole ADMONT pilot line. A description containing the customer’s view will be given by anticipation of customer perspective on the ADMONT line as ‘one stop shop’.
Update of Line capability report includingD1.3 Update of Line capability report including, R, PU, M36, X-FAB As an outcome from D1.2 an update regarding the line capability of all individual line members will be delivered.
Risk Assessment PlanThe Risk Assessment Plan will include a Critical Path Analysis (CPA) of the main project activities, identifying risk points, and procedures to deal with them.
