The Phase 1 feasibility project achieved the following as set out within the objectives. The output of this study has been used to develop the system specification for the further development of the FlexiHyLift forklift truck. In addition, a full market study was conducted to ensure that the system requirements adhere to the demands of the wider market in addition to those revealed in the usage study.System Specification: We iterated the battery and engine parameters at least twice for the resultant forklift trucks based on the results of the usage study. The output is a system specification that will lead into our development within the Phase 2 project.IP Audit: We conducted an IP audit in line with European and global distribution plans to specify the appropriate route to protection, strategic timings and the level of resource required for the FlexiHyLift project. This confirmed our freedom to operate and contains our IP strategy within the market.Partner Search: We identified and engaged key supply chain partners to successfully and quickly bring the FlexiHyLift project to completion.
