Obiettivo The objective of HS-CONFORM is to prepare for the establishment of conformance testing and product certification facilities for home systems products built to the Home Systems specification, now that the standard is becoming stable. The project will define the conformance test requirements and develop testing specifications, methods and protocols.The certification will be handled by the European Home Systems Association (EHSA) and will lead to the development of a product interoperability and certification test service to assure the compatibility of components and products, as well as their interoperability in complete home systems. The work relies heavily on the conformance testing expertise already developed in other LAN/OSI projects.
