Kick-off meeting report

The first 3 tasks result in a well-documented project strategy, duly reported to and agreed by the consortium at the start of the project. It provides the organisational charts & management rules for guidance throughout the project, incl. an outline of the management manual, a foresight on IP issues and the establishment of the consortium bodies (GA, AB, management team, IP team).

Public website and internal shared drive

The EPOS website for public access will be online in a first version in m03, including a members-only section for intra-consortium communication (T7.3). The full version is scheduled to be active after 6 months.
