Promotion guide about IAP-ASM will be produced and published on the project website.

Project newsletters (si apre in una nuova finestra)

During the course of the project 1-2 newsletters will be published every year. The newsletters will present the project progress and achievements.

Project leaflet and poster (si apre in una nuova finestra)

Project leaflet will consist of 2 pages (A4 size). Project poster will have A1 size. The aforementioned promotional materials will be published on the project website, and distributed amongst the consortium partners.

Project website (si apre in una nuova finestra)

A project website with an open and easy access will be developed, operated and maintained. The website will include the following sections: home, project summary, IAP-ASM and Twinning partner profiles, news & events (e.g. forthcoming workshops), training videos, newsletters, links and downloads. The website will be regularly updated with news and events, training videos, updates to the links section and uploads of documents. The website will be kept active for at least a further 2 years after the project has ended. Google Analytics will be used to collect statistics on the number of pages visited, number of deliverables downloaded, country of the visitors, etc. This data will be periodically reviewed by consortium partners and the website upgraded accordingly.
