Workshop + training course delivered

Training in the use of new technology is an important requirement in its uptake by industry and universities. As the project moves towards its application phase, intra consortium technological training will be required. At the same time particular attention will be devoted to data representation and to the user interface. We will use this opportunity to develop training materials suitable for an external audience. At the end of the project the consortium will offer a (2 day) training course in the use and applications of the technology. During the development of the training the partners will work together to produce a manual of PETMEM and its applications. Moreover, due to the strong interdisciplinary nature of the consortium, mobility and exchange of staff within the consortium will be encouraged, allowing for efficient transfer of knowledge among partners.

Public web site of the project

Dissemination of the results to the research community will be through different activities, such as (i) the preparation of dissemination materials for the project Website, including the motivation, objectives and methodology of the PETMEM project, (ii) the edition of the yearly Project Newsletter to highlight the main results and outputs of the project, (iii) the scientific dissemination at relevant conferences and business conventions, publication in high impact journals (in Open Access) and interaction with other projects and networks (iv) the design and editing of an animated video illustrating the principle of PETMEM. The video will be displayed on the website homepage and will be widely used as a marketing tool during presentations by consortium members both in the scientific community and in outreach activities (v) the creation of accounts in social media (i.e. twitter, Facebook) which will be used to connect with other relevant H2020 projects, research institutions, students. And a wider audience.
