This report will describe the transition pathway to implement the vision for three cities and identify policies to be implemented now to get on the pathway to realising the vision.

This is the final conference of ICARUS which will focus on tools and strategies for urban impact assessment in support of air quality and climate change governance in EU Member States leading to the design and implementation of appropriate abatement strategies to improve the air quality and reduce the carbon footprint in European cities It will be an international scientific event organized in collaboration with the ClairCITY project to facilitate access to international audiences beyond the project participants including the Mediterranean neighbourhood countries
