The research in this work package will lead to one deliverable, which we break down into three components (labelled D3.1-D3.3 below): D3.1 Algorithms for the extraction of salient features in networks-of-traces, data segmentation for data reduction and visualization and alignment of epidemic traces for discovering relationships. D3.2.Analytical methods to identify unknown dependencies across the input parameters and output variables spanning the different layers of the data. D3.3. Visualization tool-enabling analysis, exploration, and visualization of large epidemic simulations
