Publication, dissemination and outreach activities

In this report will be described the external dissemination wich will be performed by the network website with communication plans including press releases and brochures, meetings and international scientific conferences, and finally peer-reviewed publications. The consortium committee will ensure that important knowledge is immediately transferred to relevant end-users.

Task 3.2: Aerosol particle composition: Characterise the chemical composition of the aerosol formed during the degradation of the studied VOCs (ICARE, TROPOS, UM5, FDU, CEBION-CONICET, IONICON): In connection to Task 3.1. The formation of particles will be studied again in simulation chambers, As related to aerosol particles, CIBION_CONICET and IONICON will be involved in addition to task 3.1. Task 3.3: Humidity effects studies: Study the impact of the relative humidity on the degradations mechanisms of studied compounds with regards to products observed and the physical and chemical properties of the aerosols formed (ICARE, TROPOS, FDU, SDU, IUE UM5, CIBION-CONICET, IONICON): Aerosol particle products being formed in tropospheric multiphase reaction depend on the influence of water (RH) which will be studied here. Task 3.4: Photochemistry: Conduct photochemical studies in the presence of sea-salt seed particles. (ICARE, IRCELYON, TROPOS, CONICET, SDU, FDU): here, photochemical conversions in the gas- and particle phase will be studied. Publications of the results on the kinetics, products from the atmospheric simulation chamber studies (M30, M48) and on the mechanistic studies in the presence of seed particles and chemical aerosol formation (M40).
