Evaluation of smart SATCOM fuselage panel development

Report containing details of coupon, detail and full scale structural evaluation of the results for the composite panel, RF results evaluation including installed antenna performance and thermal evaluation results. Involved partners will provide detailed input in the form of a chapter containing the results to the leading contractor who will integrate the results into a final deliverable report.

Results of the modal analysis for the preliminary design of the fuselage panel

Requirements and Specification Document.

This deliverable contains the mechanical, electromagnetic and thermal requirements for: Fuselage panel with embedded antenna tiles; Fuselage panel with sensors and actuators for reduction of cabin noise; Winglet with integrated VHF antenna; Fibre metal laminate panel with VHF slot antenna. From these minimum requirements a set of specifications will be derived. In addition, assessment performance criteria will be derived for the structures with integrated functions.
