Final business modelsThe final business models will build on their initial versions (D2.5), which will be elaborated and analysed for their viability and feasibility, taking into consideration aspects such as time to market, performance of the existing models, and commercial risks. The final business models will also identify the value propositions of each party in the business network - both public and private, with their divergent views on value of the service.
Dissemination and communication activities final reportFinal activity report building on D7.1 and reporting on communications and dissemination activities, lessons learnt, and qualitative and quantitative results of the overall strategy.
Ex-ante Cost-Benefit AnalysisThis deliverable will report the results of an ex-ante CBA to be executed at the beginiing of the project. The CBA will evaluate the C-ITS services and service bundles prior to their deployment, to assist in prioritization and implementation support.
Standardisation and interoperability for global harmonisationReport on compliancy testing of C-MobILE standards with global applicable C-ITS standards, interoperability and performance testing in the context of the large-scale pilots, and TESTFEST event results
Initial business modelsThis deliverable will report on the initial versions of the business models developed based on the definition of use cases (Task 2.1), requirement specifications (Task 2.2), and on literature review regarding past projects. Following the BASE/X approach for service-dominant business design, each business model will identify the added value of the service to the customer, functions and capabilities required by each party participating in the model, as well as the expected costs and benefits.
Low-level implementation-ready architecture and services definitionD3.3. contains a detailed description of the interfaces, services and the architecture
Operational procedures guidelinesThis deliverable will contain common pilot operational procedures for truly cross-modal and cross-border seamless service operations. The guidelines will be prepared by M12 and revised until M18 based on feedback from Task 5.3 aimed at providing guidelines for external cities for large-scale services uptake
Technical validation reportThis deliverable will include the validation results of the C-ITS services and implementations in the different pilot sites.
Validation and impact assessment methodologyThis deliverable will present the methodologies including experimental design, evaluation criteria and performance indicators for validation and impact assessment.
Dissemination and communication planOverall strategy including identification of target groups and how they are going to be addressed, with which messages and which channels; this deliverable will be updated ionce a year with a report of dissemination and communication activities;
Business and exploitation plans for market roll-outStepwise plans for participating stakeholders in terms of resources' requirements to ensure sustainable businesses. Exploitation plan presenting how large-scale deployment will be roll out into widely spread commercial services, including self-explaining operational guidelines.
C-ITS framework for city-led business partnershipsReference C-ITS framework defined in partnership with all key stakeholders for proposing robust deployment enabling solutions, including business cases, for the pilot sites as well as other cities and regions (see O.1)
Ex-post cost-benefit analysis and guidance reportThis deliverable will report the results of an ex-post CBA to be executed at the end of the project. As opposed to the ex-ante CBA, the aim of this deliverabel will be to report the differences identified in C-ITS evaluation following the real-world deployment in the pilot sites, utilizing real world data (as opposed to estimated values during the ex-ante process. Comparative results and comments will also be included.
Validation of C-ITS roll-out proceduresThis deliverable will report the results of the C-ITS roll-out procedures. The contents will include guidelines for large scale C-ITS deployment for all pilot sites, users engagement, and pilot operations and monitoring planning.
Innovation management planThis deliverable will detail the activities to be followed concerning innovation management in the project, including aspects related to processes for maintaining high level of innovation throughout the project, updating regarding progress in the state-of-the-art/state-of-practice and ensuring that the innovative character of the project is maintained throughout all activities
High-level reference architectureThis deliverable will provide an overall view on the high-level reference architecture based on the analysis, comparison, and consolidation of the architecture profiles proposed and implemented in related past projects (such as CONVERGE, MOBiNET, Dutch C-ITS Reference Architecture).
Demonstration of current and future C-ITS applicationsA documentation of the C-ITS application, with a detailed desciption about the scenarios executed, number of users involved etc. and results obtained in terms of effectiveness, Involvement of stakeholders and other organizational aspects is addressed.
Liaison plan (initial)This deliverable will specify how the liaison with external entities will be done, by whom, when and what the liaison objectives for cooperation with a specific partner are.
Analysis and determination of use casesThis deliverable will specify the use-cases and requirements based on the analysis of the use-cases in similar past projects and surveys performed to elicit the existing and future needs of the key stakeholders and end-users. It will also include the priorities among the use-cases determined mainly through the analysis of the impacts of each service and combined services.
Liaison plan (update)This deliverable will provide an update of the liaison plan (D7.6).
Report on impact of C-ITS on stakeholders and end-usersD6.3 will contain results of the impact assessment of C-ITS application bundles on individual behaviour of end-users and the evaluation of requirements and acceptance of key stakeholder groups and end-users
Operational processes for large-scale C-ITS deploymentRoadmap and operational processes for continued after project up-scaling for all the pilot cities and for replication in other external cities / regions
Strategic agenda for innovation and deploymentStrategic agenda on key areas for future (R&D and) innovation towards C-ITS deployment, including transition towards autonomous driving, MaaS and co-modality / multi- modality concepts
