Obiettivo

Aims of project:

The research is focused on the changes in working methods and in work organization itself following the introduction of new technology. Its purpose is to determine:

the skills and knowledge required by operators in order to manage a robotized system reliably and efficiently;

the best decision-making and organizational arrangements for efficient system management.
