The deliverable will provide the creation of the RiCaMo project dedicated website.
(Month 5, Month 11) Development and printing of specific dissemination material about the RiCaMo project results, including the realization of multi-language leaflets and postcards outcomes and dedicated social media pages.
(Month 5, Month 10, Month 14) Realization and publication of 3-4 monthly newsletters about the project updating and outcomes, to be sent through mailing service and to be released by national and international press.
This report will include the results of the wineries’ owners feedbacks collection about microbiological tests, dissolved oxygen, wine analysis, functioning of the bottling machine, and productivity.
The report will provide an in-depth analysis about the main European food regulations for the application of RiCaMo technology to other beverages and liquid food.
DR will organize at least two tasting sessions for sommeliers, wine experts, wine associations and wine end-consumers for the characterization of wine quality from the sensorial point of view. The final report will include the description of both the events, the agenda of the tasting session, the sensorial characterisation and satisfaction results.
Realization of a complete report about workshops and participation to key fairs and events (as detailed in the dissemination plan - M3) in order to disseminate project outcomes.
