Moving Hazard Zones scope assessment study (PJ08-02)

In this report the MET Gate data content will be evaluated in order to determine the scope of the initial implementation of the moving hazard zones concept. The assessment will also focus on the state of the DAC framework providing necessary recommendations for wave 2. The task will start at T0+11 (September 2017), will end T0+30 (April 2019)
