Quality and risk management plan

A document to be developed at project start to describe the quality definitions relevant to project activities and results as well as the quality standards these activities and results must comply with. The document will also identify potential risks and their impact on objectives, performance, schedule and deliverables.

Dissemination, Exploitation and Communication outputs

-Dissemination, Exploitation and Communication Plan That deliverable is a document that defines project overall dissemination strategy and related activities in order to guarantee eMobilita results best exploitation. It covers also eMobilita communication strategy and related activities for the period of project implementation and after its end. -Dissemination & Communication databases The dissemination database will contain contact details of representatives from: research and innovation communities, policy- and decision-makers at European and Member states level, public authorities, industry representatives, practitioners,civil society organisations . The database will be used for dissemination and exploitation purposes. The communication database will contain contact details of representatives of the following big categories: policy-makers at EU and national levels, national and local authorities, citizens and civil society organisations, local communities, business representatives, media -Presentations from eMobilita outreach activities Each beneficiary will organize open doors event for its general public. Participating researchers and innovation staff members will deliver presentation to be shared within eMobilita network. Each academic beneficiary will organize doctoral classes for national PhD students. Participating researchers and innovation staff members will deliver presentations devoted to eMobilita topic. These presentations will be shared within the priject network. -Dissemination outputs 20 policy briefs - Each benericiary will produce policy briefs presenting eMobilita research results in a format suitable for policy-makers and practitioners at European/national/local level. 15 repots and presentations at external thematic for a - Researchers and innovation staff members from all participating institutions will attend external to the project thematic events and will deliver reprts and presentation on eMobilita eMobilita website & social networks profiles - The website will provide information on the project, on forthcoming and organised events, and on the deliverables produced under the work packages. The website will designed, hosted, managed and maintained for 5 years after the end of the project. In order to establish active groups in social networks in particular among young people eMobilita profiles in Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn will be developed. 5 new relationships with relevant projects - The consortium will establish contacts with projects in the field of electromobility in Europe in order to exchange knowledge and jointly disseminate results and good practices Master`s/PhD theses on project topic - Each academic institution will use knowledge developed under the project as reliable basis for Master's and/or PhD theses. Thus eMobilita content will be further developed. 30 articles in conventional and electronic media - Consortium members will maintain contacts with EU, national and institutional media partners who can effectively bring project messages to the wider audiences. To this end project research- and innovation-related information will be provided. 25 presentations from external communication events - In order to communicate the project at external conferences, workshops and seminars project participants will produce presentations. -Minutes from regular consortium meetings The consortium will carry out regular consortium meetings. Discussions and decisions of each meeting will be documented in its Minutes.

Rules of Procedure for Scientific Misconduct Management

The Scientific committee of the project will discuss and adopt a document on scientific misconduct management to be respected by all researchers and innovation staff members participating in the project

Bibliographical database

Participating researchers and innovation staff members will collect bibliographical sources on project topic to be included into eMobilita bibliographical database
