Risultati finali
Development of an algorithm-based predictive companion test to support BC clinical trials. Using as test case of data being available from treatment of BC patients with chemotherapeutic agents, the data will be further explored for predictive features related to the resistance or response to specific chemotherapeutic agents. The above “network -> pathway -> control nodes” approach will be employed for the identification of network components that regulate biological behaviour3, related to drug response. Once this workflow and the algorithms have been established, we will implement it into software as a clinical decision support system.
Core training on industrial innovation and business management will be organised by European Commission. The training will be organised within the European Union or in one of other countries associated to Horizon 2020.
Participation in tailored training provided by MOS (si apre in una nuova finestra)Training about database structure and handling, based on MOS database in human body fluids and tissue data, including >35,000 samples from patients with different disease status. The Associate will be also trained in proteomic data handing, including high resolution MS/MS datasets. Training in the quality controlled laboratory environment, as well as in the industrial setting will be provided.
