ALDREN Methodology note on addressing health and wellbeing (M18; first release at M12, consolidation at M28-30). Protocol document. NB. This deliverable will also include as annexes: (a) a definition of indicators of indoor climate based on review of credits, indicators and approaches to promote indoor climate in existing green programs and certification schemes, as well as prEN 16798; (b) the integration of additional indicators as complementary modules to the EVCS, which can be used for building certification related to indoor environment (covering indoor environmental quality i.e. thermal comfort, indoor air quality, lighting and acoustic); (c) a methodology related to data collation in existing buildings; (d) the assessment of the indoor environment quality before and after renovation.

ALDREN Methodology note on addressing the gap between calculated and actual EP (including the specified annexes)

ALDREN Methodology note on addressing the gap between calculated and actual EP (M18; first release at M12, consolidation at M28-30). Protocol document. NB. This deliverable will also include as annexes: (a) an Excel tool demonstrating a harmonized framework which defines the inputs and outputs for the calculated and verified ECVS which are material to its verification by measurements in each partner country in English and the local language; (b) an Excel tool enabling predicted performance to be compared with measured performance, hence verification of the ECVS performance level.

ALDREN Methodology note on linking the EVCS to building financial valuation (including the specified annexes).
