D5.6. Analysis and Performance results of the METRO-HAUL Demonstrators (si apre in una nuova finestra)

D5.6 will report and analyse the performance results of the experiments carried out in the integrated testbeds in WP5. The document will list all the experiments and demonstrations performed, including collaborations with other 5G initiatives and propagate to community the lessons learnt from the demonstrations.

D2.1. Definition of Use Cases, Service Requirements and KPIs (si apre in una nuova finestra)

The deliverable will include all the work done in T2.1 and is based on inputs from M2.1 and following discussions and elaborations on KPIs. The document will include a presentation of all the Use Cases selected to be taken as a reference of the project, a list of relevant Services with their requirements and SLAs and the METRO-HAUL associated KPIs obtained from a mapping of Service requirements and 5G general capabilities to the METRO-HAUL scope. The document is a standard report with potential attachments to provide details on architecture and services (spreadsheets, high resolution pictures).

D6.1. METRO-HAUL Year1 report on communication, dissemination and standardisation activities (si apre in una nuova finestra)

D6.1 will summarize the carried-out activities during the first year of the project, this includes creation of the project knowledge site; developing dissemination strategy plans for initial dissemination and exploitation plans, and communicating across the METRO-HAUL partners, and identification of which SDOs to target for METRO-HAUL work proposals. It will also include an Education Plan defining METRO-HAUL strategy for external education on key technologies.

D2.2. Functional Architecture Specifications and Functional Definition (si apre in una nuova finestra)

D2.2 will include specifications and a high level description of the overall METRO-HAUL architecture considering 5G and vertical service requirements and KPIs defined in D2.1. A description of the architecture functional structure will be provided including a detailed functional and performance description of the individual layers of this structure and their interaction.

D4.1. METRO-HAUL Control and Management Requirements and Framework (si apre in una nuova finestra)

D4.1 will report the initial design for the control architecture, justifying design choices and deployment models. D4.1 will cover a preliminary specification of the interfaces in view of integration and interoperability. D4.1 will list selected components to be developed and which ones will be integrated in full demonstration scenarios with WP5. For each component, D4.1 will detail its implementation roadmap, functional regression and integration tests, and the means to validate the implementation, including control KPIs.

D3.3. The Final METRO-HAUL node architecture and optical solutions (si apre in una nuova finestra)

D3.3 gives a complete overview of METRO-HAUL vision for metro node architecture, multi-vendor and disaggregated scenarios, interconnection, transmission and switching solutions in different network architectures. It also includes a comprehensive description of the METRO-HAUL node control and management environment. Lessons learnt and feedback from WP5 on demonstration activities is included with a discussion of short/medium and long term solution maturity (All Tasks).

D4.2. Report on Implementations for METRO-HAUL Control for Resource and Service Management (si apre in una nuova finestra)

D4.2 will (i) report the final architecture of the control and management plane -- after successive refinements driven by feedback gathered after implementation and integration activities, reflecting additional choices and newly added components – and (ii) the status and assessment of the final implementation of METRO-HAUL control and management architecture functional components, including control plane validation of relevant performance indicators and the designed tests.

D6.2. METRO-HAUL Year2 report on communication, dissemination and standardisation activities (si apre in una nuova finestra)

D6.2 will summarize initial journal and article publications. It will highlight the technical proposals to SDOs, and their intention and possible outcomes. Finally, the deliverable will outline the education programme, workshops, webinars and invited lectures on MSc and PhD programmes that exist or are planned.

D3.2. First validation of the METRO-HAUL node architecture and optical solutions (si apre in una nuova finestra)

D3.2 reports the first validation of the METRO-HAUL node architecture and the interconnection, transmission and switching optical solutions developed in T3.1-T3.3 in different disaggregated scenarios. The deliverable also includes an early description of the METRO-HAUL node control and management environment and the developed software for controlling all the OIE developed in T3.4.

D5.1. Report on Vertical Use Cases Performance metrics (si apre in una nuova finestra)

Analysis of the vertical uses cases will form the basis for the report on Key Performance Indicators, that can be used by WP3, WP4 and WP5 in their design criteria.

D2.3 Network architecture definition, design methods and performance evaluation (si apre in una nuova finestra)

This deliverable will detail the candidate Metro-Haul network architectures defined to comply with the functional architecture specified in T2.2. It will also describe the network design methods developed to plan and optimize metro networks based on these architectures and provide early performance evaluation and comparison of the proposed network architectures.

D4.3. METRO-HAUL Support for Vertical Industries through Network Virtualization and Slicing (si apre in una nuova finestra)

D4.3 will report on the integrated control plane framework, including the assessment of the support of network virtualization and slicing within the control framework, the lessons learnt and feedback from WP5 on demonstration activities. D4.3 will document the final and formal specification of interfaces, messages, and information objects for the different reference points, after successive refinements based on implementation feedback. This deliverable will document the software released and summarized implementation achievements of components (selected components will be released in a project repository).

D3.1. Selection of metro node architectures and optical technology options (si apre in una nuova finestra)

D3.1 reports details of the Metro Node and OIE architectures together with the relevant design guidelines for access metro and metro core edge nodes. The design guidelines and specifications for the technical implementation of the OIEs and the interconnection aspects with access and core networks to be developed in the T3.2-T3.4 will be reported.

D6.3. METRO-HAUL Final report on communication, dissemination and standardisation activities (si apre in una nuova finestra)

at completion METRO-HAUL D6.3 will be the final deliverable within WP6. It will provide an overall assessment of the project activities related to WP6 and summarise of the main contributions and how they have impacted industry and academia. It will evaluate the success and highlight strengths and weaknesses. The deliverable will also outline the further exploitation and dissemination plans, beyond the life METRO-HAUL.

D2.4. Techno-economic analysis and network architecture refinement (si apre in una nuova finestra)

This deliverable will summarize the techno-economic analyses performed in WP2, considering the candidate architectures, and exploiting the developed network design methodologies. Based on these analyses and taking into account the progress done in both WP3 and WP4, it should also propose further network architecture refinements. If possible, it should also provide a roadmap for the adoption of specific technologies and architectures to fulfil the METRO-HAUL objectives.

D5.5. METRO-HAUL Demo 2 (si apre in una nuova finestra)

D5.5 reports on the demo2 crowdsourced video tracking implementation. It is composed of a software release and a companion document describing the progress achieved in the integration, use cases implementation and the functionalities available for demonstration.

D5.3. METRO-HAUL Control Plane Demo (si apre in una nuova finestra)

This deliverable is the demo of the control plane aspects of the METRO-HAUL project, and it will use the first releases of the developed software.

D5.4. METRO-HAUL Demo 1 (si apre in una nuova finestra)

D5.4 reports on the demo1 Video Security for Smart Cities implementation. It is composed of a software release and a companion document describing the progress achieved in the integration, use cases implementation and the functionalities available for demonstration.

D4.4 wraps the final release of software repositories for the implemented prototypes along with Yang models for Infrastructure.
