Preparation of EUCYS 2017 scientific and cultural programme and event descriptions. Preparation of the event descriptions for national organizers. Preparation of the event descriptions for contestants. Preparartion of the dinner venue descriptions for jury.

Communication plan

The Communication plan will specify the target groups, main messages, communication channels that will be used and the communication timetable - deadlines for campaigns, press releases and other communication efforts.

Compilation and submission of the Media monitoring report of EUCYS 2017.

Feedback report

A feedback questionnaire has been carried out among the participants of EUCYS. The feedback report has been submitted to the EU based on the feedback questionnaire to contest participants and accompanying persons. The results of the feedback questionnaire have been communicated to the organizers of the next EUCYS.
