Plan for Exploitation and Dissemination of Results (PEDR)

This deliverable includes a record of activities related to dissemination, exploitation and communication that have been undertaken and those still planned.

User State Assessment Model

This deliverable will describe and motivate an evidence-based, holistic user state model employed within WP4 and WP5 guiding the user state; results will be used for the ex-ante evaluation of end-users.

Validation and Success Final Report

This deliverable will include validation of the final prototype and impact of the project under the Ex-ante/Ex-post evaluation based on the KPIs and measures of success.

End Users’ requirements report

This deliverable will highlight the main findings with regards to WellCo User Requirements and will serve as the basis for further development of the prototypes.

Engagement Plan and Risk Mitigation protocol

It will contain a protocol to guide the involvement of end-users in the trials. It will include a Risk Analysis and Mitigation Protocol for the recruitment and the elaboration of information for the participants like a recruiting leaflet.

Ethics/gender and Data Protection Compliance Protocol

It will contain a protocol to guide the trials implementation in compliance with fundamental ethical principles. Also a protocol to guide gender considerations as well as data protection issues, including a Common Informed Consent Form according legislation in the different countries involved in the test trials.

Pilots Validation Report for trial 2

Includes user´s feedback after testing mockup and prototypes containing key information to guide WP3, WP4 and WP5 development. This deliverable provides the validation of the second trial.

Standardization and Open-innovation Report

This deliverable describes existing standards relevant to the WellCo project, as well as define to which standards the project will contribute and documents this contribution. Additionally, this deliverable provides innovation on how the open innovation is achieved within the project

This deliverable will take care of the development of the user interfaces of the WellCo platform.

This deliverable will take care of the development of the user interfaces of the WellCo platform.

Open Data Management Plan

WellCo takes part in the Pilot on Open Research Data. This report provides the data management plan, provided at the beginning of the project and updated at each review period. Scientific publications will be shared in the Open Access Infrastructure for Research (OpenAire). It will include three different releases in months M6, M24 and M36

The project website will include a repository for public project scientific information and downloads as well as web links to related relevant resources.
