Report on industrial scale conversion of raw constituents into bio-composites for packaging materials. It will describe the identified production strategies for one thermoformed tray, one injection-molded tray, and one flexible film formulation, tailored to fulfil the requirements of the targeted foods. This report will also mention the characteristics (functional properties, compliance with EU regulation for food contact materials) of the tray and flexible films produced and expected predicted effect on the shelf-life of the selected food products
