This deliverable will contain the training material developed during the project including the Training Dataset and any applicable interactive exercises It will contain the results of all iterative enduser evaluations of the SPIRIT platforms to include reports on all end user training sessions their assessment and feedback

This document will contain the high level architectural component and UI design specification for the SPIRIT platform components coordinating work across WP3 WP4 WP5 WP6 WP7 and WP9

This deliverable will set out the Requirements (both functional and non-functional requirements), Technical Requirements and their mapping into Use-Cases plus the security-privacy contexts and respective requirements as well as Privacy impact assessment and and privacy risk analysis; these are taken up by the Change Management Process as responsively activated throughout the project.

A report defining the SPIRIT incidental findings policy designed for close monitoring of the activities involving real data and to be conducted throughout the duration of the project.

This document will set the environment, the responsibilities and the activities roadmap where the SPIRIT Ethics Advisory Board will operate. The report will elaborate the details of Who does What, When and How the EAB will be providing continuous advice to the Project Executive Committee in line to the expectations listed in the SPIRIT Grant Agreement.

A report on the consent procedures necessary for data collection for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes and not processed in a manner that is incompatible with those purposes.

Notification to National Data Protection Authorities

This report will describe the formal contact on behalf of SPIRIT notifying all National Data Protection Authorities of the SPIRIT activities.

Training Infrastructure and Concept - Report (a)

This deliverable will define the plan for performing the SPIRIT end-user evaluations as well as an overview of the methodology used and the definition of metrics to follow in the evaluation process. It will also contain the results of the “zero-point” measurement.

Management Systems Report (b)

The first report (M12) will first describe on the initial plans and set-up of the necessary management systems for communicating and coordinating actions for the control of performance, and for the accounting of resources used. A second report (M24) will be an evaluation of the efficiency and effectiveness of the management systems already in operation.

Change Management Document (Report) (a)

This document will record the changes that will occur after the delivery of each Prototype and its evaluation and training. Feedback from the End User Partners will be documented, prioritised according to the DOW and fed back into the development cycle.
