Resumen del contexto y de los objetivos generales del proyecto

The support of European Commission through the SME Instrument Phase 1 has helped ALAZ to define the strategy, and focus the activities in order to reach the market by 2019, when the company will be able to start the industrialization, and later scaling, applying to SME Phase 2. During these 6 months a business plan aligned with the technological project has been developed, to help consolidating ALAZ’s activity, as well as new clients and sectors as soon as possible, increasing exponentially the sales and staff.

Working on solar inverters was initially considered as an opportunity to diversify the activity from wind converters, but after the market analysis carried out, the challenge of sun market was revealed. Key marketing actions have been identified, and conducted, and a sales plan has been defined. A deep competitor analysis has been developed, and the new SWOT analysis has helped ALAZ on better understanding of the current situation clarifying targets and strategies. IP strategy has been updated, and ALAZ has applied for the patents in Europe, Chine and USA.

ALAZ is aware of the challenge that the project involves but focusing on customer’s needs, offering the right solutions, and with the best fellow travelers, the company will be an international reference in the development of cooling systems for the renewable power sector.
