Deliverables
Demonstrations in key events: Exploitation-related activities will be constantly undertaken to convince potential customers. NANOKER will take part in tradeshows, congresses and events (booth participation, sample and prototype showcasing, etc.). Attendants will be tracked for feedback and to encourage them to get involved in the project. Other activities will include datasheet/brochure diffusion, presence in fairs/workshops and visiting companies/potential customers. Labelling and Training Material: Training needs will be detected through clinical trial feedback (completed questionnaires, worries, etc.) and will be used to elaborate a clear step-by-step User Guide and a FAQ section. Dissemination and Promotion: NANOKER will share project results and feasibility through its existing network (key partners, KOLs, stakeholders), scientific conferences/ journals and a self-organized workshop at the end of the project: “Solutions against periodontal and peri-implant diseases”. The objective is to raise the awareness of INPERIO’s potential in the medical community. IP management and Technology Watch: Every result and technical advance will be analysed regarding possible patent protection. The objective is to obtain maximum IP protection for the whole solution. NDA negotiation and signature is also part of this task. Innovation Management: Considered part of the defined business plan; it will follow the CANVAS methodology approach for “the introduction of a new product”. Internal innovation workshops and continuous process monitoring and improvement will lead to relevant information and conclusions that will be reviewed.
