An exploitation strategy will set out how awareness and promotion of the adoption of the SUMPPLUS products will take place beyond the lifetime of the project

Final Evaluation Plan

As interim result of Task 5.2. The Deliverable will detail the evaluation plan as completed according to the initial progress of cities laboratories activities.

Initial conceptual framework to map and establish cross-sector ‘links’ between major trip generating sectors

This Deliverable identifies the objectives and outputs of different urban sectors and sets out how cross-sector ‘links’ can be established and integrated into an overall framework. This delivers Sub-Tasks 1.3.1 and 1.3.2.

Initial conceptual framework to develop context-sensitive ‘pathways’ to achieve sustainable mobility and liveable cities

This sets out a framework to enable cities to map out and apply a suitable development pathway, to implement their SUMP/SULP. This delivers Sub-Tasks 1.2.1 and 1.2.2, drawing on Task 1.1.

Data-based policy papers

Resulting from Task 63 the deliverable will give advise and support to EU national and if applicable regional level authorities on how to enhance planning for for sustainable cities follwing the approach of pathways for transformation at the areas of legislation regulation and financial support mechanisms

SUMP PLUS Self-assessment scheme and guidelines

This Deliverable will “measure” the state of accessibility and mobility solutions (transport & non-transport; passenger & freight) as assessed in the SUMP-PLUS cities over the latest 5 years up to the outset of the project (M27).

Draft Evaluation Plan

As interim result of Task 5.2. The Deliverable will outline the approach, methodology and indicators of the evaluation plan.

City typology for context-sensitive framework and tools development

The Deliverable will define city typologies, setting out different conditions, requirements and capabilities.

A conceptual and analytical framework for new business models

As result of Task 1.4 setting out a framework of partnership and business model classifications, applicability to different measures, and scalability and effect on mobility systems.

Report on CL6: Piloting of advanced logistics systems, to increase efficiency and reduce road congestion

CityConsult Agency roadmap

As result of Sub-Task 7.3.3. This roadmap will define the management of knowledge and innovative solutions transfer through a process of visioning, learning and experimenting in a three-tier knowledge exchange model.

SUMP-PLUS Action and Budget Tracker

This tool will facilitate implementation planning and monitoring and will be aimed primarily at small to medium sized cities, helping them to fulfil Activity 7.2 of the SUMP Cycle.

Analytical tools to support the transition pathway and successful cross-sector planning and operation

This will develop and support the application in WP2 of a range of qualitative and quantitative tools to assist with pathway implementation and joint planning and operational initiatives It delivers SubTask 123 and SubTask 133 closely linked to Task 11 SubTask 122 and SubTask 132

SUMP-PLUS Engagement strategies

As initial output of Task 4.2. The Deliverable will specify the engagement strategy proposed for the project with focus on the three actions explained in Task 4.2.

Insights on engaging with stakeholders, businesses and citizens resulting from the implementation of the engagement strategies in the co-creation City Labs

This Deliverable is a compendium of insights on engagement experience to SUMPPlus cities and beyond

Mapping the current engagement experience in SUMP-PLUS cities

As result of Task 4.1 This deliverable will provide an assessment of the current practice in the engagement by SUMP-PLUS cities

Final report about the role of governance capacity building in transition pathways

This report will highlight main findings from Task 34 including a summary of lessons learnt showing why governmental capacity building can be considered critical in transition pathways and how increased coordination at citymetropolitan level contributed to these processes could be a source of inspiration for other cities outside SUMPPLUS

Online knowledge and planning database for tailored support to cities

The deliverable is the practical online tool giving decision and process design support to cities according to their current state of play as defined in Task 1.1. It complements D6.1 by tailoring needed support for the choice and application of tools, methods, measures, good practise examples on creating and implementing a vision and validate based planning process. This will be hosted on the City Consult Agency being developed by ICLEI on the Moodle Platform in T7.3.
